Terry is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met. I’m a 91‑year‑old woman living in a Life Care center, and he always treats me with such genuine care and respect. He helps me in and out of his vehicle, folds my walker, and makes sure it’s safely secured in the back. His car is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which means a lot at my age.

What touches me most is the warmth he brings—he greets me with a hug when he picks me up, and I always feel completely safe riding with him. He’s a very careful driver, and he never rushes me. He holds the door, makes sure I’m steady on my feet, and doesn’t leave until he knows I’m safely inside my destination.

I highly recommend Terry for day trips, appointments, and airport rides. He makes every outing feel easy, safe, and pleasant.

I chose Terry’s rides to take me to the Tampa airport from the Ocala area. I had considered renting a car in Ocala and returning it to the airport but would have still needed a ride from my home to the rental place in Ocala. I could have asked a neighbor but didnt really want to. I am SO glad I called Terry! He took my call immediately (he uses a headset while he drives) and he confirmed my details via text. He had an issue with his primary car and called me to confirm if I was ok with the alternate vehicle. Then he texted me the night before AND the morning of my ride to confirm he would be there. He is a great driver, always attentive to the road even while accepting a call on his headset. Traffic was congested in the Tampa area but Terry had no problems navigating. Totally A+ experience! I will utilize his business again in the future.
